Exercise on Phase 1 and Beyond

Don't miss this special event! We will feature special guests, including staff from our favorite naturopathic clinic, as well as current maintainers who have extensive experience to share about exercise during and after Phase 1. 

Dr. Nina Walsh, close colleague to Dr. Trina Seligman, will discuss why exercise must be carefully moderated during Phase 1, and why it is critical for maintenance after you hit your goal. Successful Maintainer and professional swim instructor, Jann Olynyk, will share insight about how moderating exercise in Phase 1 became the key to her weight loss, and how her eating and activity have changed since. 

Exercise is critical in both the weight loss and maintenance phases, but by necessity and design, it must look VERY different in order to be effective in each phase. We will debunk the myth that you "can't exercise in Phase 1," and share inspiration about why exercise becomes so critical in maintenance. Whether you're a hard-core athlete, or have never really exercised before, this talk is for YOU!
