 Weigh-In Specialist / Coach

As of May, 2018 - Currently hiring Part-Time and Full-Time Coaches / Consultants.

  • Become an ambassador for the clinic, services and products. 
  • Perform consultations, health reviews and sign ups for NEW clients. 
  • Perform individual support consultations as needed for weekly clients. 
  • Help clinic reach statistical goals related to client success. 
  • Generate referrals from current, happy clients!
  • Cross-train on reception, order processing, team email, phones and administrative tasks. 
  • Occasionally back up for other staff --  Strong team player. 
  • Operate Point of Sale system and cash register. 

Schedule, pay and benefits: 

  • Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. 

Shift Times: 
Sun & Mon:     Closed
Tues – Friday:  7:00 a.m.  – 2:30 p.m.  (1/2 hr lunch)
Saturday:  7:30 – 12:30

  • Pay DOE.   Compensation will be a mix of base + commission & performance bonuses. 
  • Possible medical, vision and dental benefits available for full-time positions as part of compensation package.
  • Growth Track:  advance to Clinic Manager and/or manage a satellite clinic.

  • Experience in high-end customer service, support, advocacy.   

Office Concierge

As of May, 2018 - Currently hiring for 1-2 Full-Time Office Concierge Staff. 


Front Desk / RECEPTION

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors. Manage flow of "traffic" through the office. 
  • Develop basic understanding of the Ideal Protein protocol in order to answer basic questions.
  • Answer phones and email:  address questions, take orders.
  • Schedule, reschedule clients for services.
  • Promote products and services.
  • Set up samples and demos.
  • Cashier.

accountability ASSISTANT

  • Perform initial weigh-ins and food journal review prior to Coaching visit.
  • Set Clients up to access specialized services (i.e. Inspirational, Support Activities & Videos)
  • Replenish office materials and handouts in offices.
  • Pull and re-file client charts. 
  • Database and client record management. 
  • Manage and purchase office supplies. 
  • Assist with vendor orders and communications. 
  • Errands and projects as assigned. Must have reliable transportation.


  • Retrieve 100+ customer orders per week.  Print, prioritize, pack, enter into point of sale system.  Ring up client purchases.
  • Assist with inventory - occasional unpacking, stocking, FIFO rotation.
  • Restock coaching offices with food/supplements for upcoming appointments.
  • Suggest organizational improvements.


  • Team effort to keep office and stock area clean and tidy – including straightening, dusting, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces. 
  • Office supplies & equipment management.
  • Occasional back-up for other staff. 


  • Good basic computer skills
  • Telephone answering & messaging.
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to follow precise instructions. Attention to detail – a quality of meticulousness.
  • Skill and accuracy with math, numbers and cashiering.
  • Experience with or fast learner at scheduling and complex calendar management.
