Soup & Veggies:   First of all, try making your soups with Chicken Broth or Vegetable broth instead of water.  Also, every few days, sauté up 6-8 cups (raw) of the following veggies in a big pan.  (Use minimal oil or non-stick olive oil spray). Store them in baggies, then add them to your prepared Ideal Protein soups before heating.  This makes for a filling, hearty, satisfying meal!

  • Chopped celery
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Diced onions (softened, NOT carmelized)
  • Crushed garlic
