Super Morning GREEN Shake

The secret ingredient in this shake is nearly undetectable (except for its color).  Believe it or not, you can NOT taste the spinach in these shakes! I didn't believe it either, until I tried it. It’s a perfect way to get down 2 cups of veggies first thing in the morning without even realizing it. 

In a bullet blender, combine:

  • 2 cups raw baby spinach
  • 1 Ideal Protein pre-made shake (Any Flavor!)
  • 2 ice cubs
  • A dash of stevia, vanilla extract, cinnamon or other “flavor” to taste
  • Variations:
  • Orange Creamsicle:  Vanilla IP shake w/1-2 TBS WF Orange Marmalade
  • Coffee Coffee: Cappuccino IP shake w/1 Starbucks Via packet & 1 packet Splenda
  • Mexican Chocolate:  Chocolate IP shake w/1 tsp good quality cinnamon & 1 TBS WF Choc Syrup
  • Taste of Fall: Vanilla IP shake w/1 TBS WF Pancake Syrup, 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Salted Caramel:  Vanilla IP Shake w/2 TBS WF Caramel Syrup, 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • Salted Chocolate Caramel: same as above but with Chocolate IP shake
