For years I was on a vicious cycle of using intense exercise and weight lifting to lose weight. The more I worked out at the gym the more I ate. Nothing was working. I was tired all the time and looked chunky. Yes. I could bench press over 260 lbs, but all the “muscle” was covered in a thick layer of fat.
Ideal Protein has changed my life, my attitude, and my eating habits. I never cheated on my weight loss plan. The hardest thing to overcome was to trust the program and NOT exercise.
